Permit parking, narrow gangways, alley access, and shared walls all affect how a crew can stage equipment, and getting that wrong means a wasted appointment. We scope access during the consultation so install day runs on schedule. Two-flats and three-flats often need lift equipment that has to be positioned from the street.
Older city buildings also bring electrical limits — few exterior outlets and circuits that predate the idea of an outdoor display. We plan power properly so the lights come on every evening on a timer without tripping a breaker in a unit downstairs.
