The consultation is free and on site. We look at facade material, measure the elevation, discuss color temperature and coverage, and leave a written design at a fixed price.
Installation is generally one visit with product pre-cut and timers set. Through the season we repair anything that fails. January removal is scheduled and the display is stored at our facility. Our installation process guide covers each stage.
Facade material assessment is a real step on Batavia properties, not a formality. Downtown installs get sequenced around the riverwalk and the Wilson Street pedestrian traffic, which builds through the season. That means the storefronts closest to the river tend to get installed earliest, before foot traffic makes staging equipment genuinely disruptive. Businesses further from the core have more flexibility. It is worth knowing when you are choosing a date, because the earliest slots go to the properties with the tightest access windows rather than simply to whoever called first.
