First a free on-site consultation: we measure the elevation, identify surfaces, discuss color and coverage, and leave a written design at a fixed price. Then installation, generally one visit, with product pre-cut and timers set before the crew leaves.

Surface variety is why we specify hardware during design rather than on install day. Downtown Mount Prospect installs near the Metra station are scheduled around commuter parking pressure, which is significant on those blocks. Crews working mid-morning have access to positions that simply are not available at eight in the morning or five in the evening. That constraint shapes the schedule more than the size of the individual job does.
