On large properties we also handle the question of what stays and what changes year to year. Most clients keep the architectural lighting consistent and vary the tree and landscape work, which keeps the display feeling considered rather than static without rebuilding it annually. That conversation happens each summer before product is prepared.
Ice loading on canopy lighting, wind through open ravine lots, and freeze-thaw cycling on connections all take a toll between December and February. When something fails, we return and repair it at no charge for the entire season.
That promise is only credible because we supplied and installed the product and know exactly what is on the property. It is the strongest practical argument for a single-vendor, full-service arrangement.
Storage on a tree-heavy property is a bigger service than it sounds. A full Northbrook design can run to several thousand feet of strand across dozens of separate runs, and the value of documenting it properly is that next October we arrive with a mapped, tested plan rather than starting the diagnosis over. That mapping is the reason repeat installs here take roughly half the time of a first year.
January removal is on the calendar before the season starts. Crews take everything down carefully, inspect and repair each strand, and take it all back to our facility.
