On an Inverness property the house is often the smaller part of the job. Mature oaks, long driveway approaches, and deep setbacks mean the display has to work across the whole lot, and most of that work is nowhere near a roofline.

Running power four hundred feet down a private drive is not an extension cord problem. It requires outdoor-rated distribution, correct load balancing across circuits, and routing that stays invisible in daylight.
We plan this during design, not on install day. It is the single most common reason large-property displays fail or trip breakers nightly, and it is entirely preventable with proper planning.
Deer and weather both matter on ground-level runs here. Landscape and walkway lighting on a wooded lot takes physical abuse that a suburban front yard does not, from animals, from drifting snow, and from plows on long private drives. We specify heavier gauge product and route runs deliberately away from plow lines, which is a planning decision made during the survey rather than a repair made in January.
Lift equipment on a wooded lot in November can damage turf and beds if it is positioned carelessly. We identify staging positions during the site survey and our crews are trained on ground protection.
